Rates

The fact that we only supply the chauffeur (your own car or rental car will be used) and that our chauffeurs are all students, enables us to keep our rates as low as possible. We are proud to say that our rate is the lowest national rate! Our rate is:

€ 17,50 per hour (excl. VAT).

The hours charged are built up by the actually driving (driving time) and waiting on behalf of the employer (waiting time), rounded up at a quarter of an hour. We do not charge the time a chauffeur is travelling (travel time) if the point of departure is within half an hour’s distance from a university city. If the point of departure is further than half an hour, the extra travelling time will be charged at our rate stated above. If the point of departure differs from the final destination, the travel time from the final destination to the point of departure will be charged.

We charge a minimum of 3 hours. During the evening (starting at 22.00h), nights or weekends we do not have an adjusted tariff, but we do charge a minimum of 4 hours. If the ride lasts longer than 8 hours, € 12,- is charged for dinner cost on behalf of the chauffeur

Because our chauffeurs are students who have a card for free public transport, in general no travel expenses will be charged on weekdays. The majority of our chauffeurs have a public transport card for weekdays. If you desire a chauffeur in the weekend, there will probably be costs for public transport. Usually this does mean that these costs are reduced by 40% due to the card for the weekdays.

When a chauffeur is obliged to use a car to get to the start or end address, compensation of        € 0,27 per KM will be charged. This mainly occurs when a ride starts very early in the morning or ends late at night.
